All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All payments must be made in full before accessing the services or products. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. AstroLive does not store full card details on its own servers.
We do not provide refunds once a purchase is completed and the report has been generated or delivered. However, in case of genuine technical issues, duplicate transactions, or non-delivery within the stated timeline, users may contact our support team at zep@astrolive.org within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AstroLive.
